Compared with the simple guiding service robots on the market, the X-MAN integrates service, shopping guide and sales to simulate the humanoid retail experience. At the same time, the data processing function of "X-MAN" will help merchants to organize and analyze marketing data and inventory data, and generate reports and available data.

In the strategy research stage, Ganlai "X-MAN" is positioned in the context of the future intelligent new retail, and is the industry forward-looking and leading pathfinder. In the design phase, LKK Rococo designers used a multi-modal interactive experience method to define the core difference between "X-MAN" and ordinary sales cabinets. Multimodal means that multiple sensory channels work together. Ganlai "X-MAN" has multiple systems of vision, voice, touch and action to simulate humanoid perception.

Full category sales is another major breakthrough for "X-MAN" retail robots. The mechanism design of "X-MAN" loading crawler belts realizes more than 80% compatible categories of goods. At the same time, the picking-up robot arm can also apply force according to materials and pick-up goods flexibly. In the past, it was difficult for sales cabinets to handle special material packaging and irregular commodities, but "X-MAN" retail robots have commodity information identification technology, and AI feedback to execute commands to pick-up manipulator clamps.

The optimization of user experience also includes large-capacity shopping carts that support multi-piece sorting, multi-piece purchase and one-time delivery, making shopping more efficient. Compared with other intelligent retail terminals, the sorting efficiency of "X-MAN" retail robots is improved by more than 2/3. "X-MAN" abandons the previous down-mounted pick-up method, chooses to set the pick-up port at the waist of the equipment, and realizes a humanized standing pick-up method through the integration of technologies such as mechanical arm, manipulator clamp and AI sensor.
