However, the steel can successfully complete the 9.9mm dead line, which can perfectly solve the problem of shaking and deformation of the vertical rod. In front of us is the eternal PK of shape and cost, a battle without a winner.

On the premise that the material cost cannot be changed, the processing efficiency is improved, and the additional cost increase caused by the change of material and process is reduced as much as possible.

The process is very complicated, because the change of materials caused the overall project to be delayed by more than two months than expected, and almost failed to catch up with the most important press conference of customers in the first half of the year. 9.9mm is obviously not the "optimal design solution" for desk lamp poles. The "optimal design solution" should be plastic injection molding first, followed by 6-series aluminum profiles. The diameter and aperture should be large enough to facilitate threading and the strength should be good enough. Surface treatment gives priority to plastic etching without treatment, followed by aluminum sandblasting anode. The optimal design solution should not be the designer's design guide, on the contrary, it is actually the magic spell of engineering, technology and procurement to suppress the designer's crazy ideas.
