The demand for automation in China's small manufacturing market is increasing. Harbin Institute of Technology Robotics Group cooperates deeply with Rococo, and strives to define a new intelligent collaborative robot in terms of visual innovation, user needs, human-computer experience, and use interaction.
Through the survey of actual use scenarios and in-depth experience of the product, Rococo has redefined the overall design language of the product for the Harbin Institute of Technology Robot Group, enabling it to stand out among the many collaborative robots that emphasize the sense of equipment and industrialization. In the whole process, Rococo designers go deep into every detail of the product, from the definition of appearance style to the optimization of details, to the structural design of how to hide the functional hardware such as screw holes and flanges, and the final landing production. Rococo provides high-quality services with professional quality.
At the beginning of the design of this collaborative robot, Rococo defined the tone of lightweight, intelligent and dexterous style. Its intelligent and affinity shape has changed the cold and equipment image of traditional industrial robots. However, the seemingly integrated appearance is actually a common part for each joint, which not only ensures the high efficiency of production, but also reduces the workload of assembly. The two large arms clamp each joint like pliers, giving the product a sense of strength. At the same time, through concise modeling elements and material and color contrast, we hope that it has more modern, professional and intelligent product attributes.
After the Harbin Institute of Technology Cooperative Robot participated in the World Robot Conference in August 2017, it has received extensive attention from all walks of life. At the WRC2017 site, Harbin Institute of Technology Robot Group (HRG) reached strategic cooperation with many enterprises. During the exhibition, it signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai ABB to jointly develop a new robot application market. This product helps Harbin Institute of Technology Special Robot Co., Ltd. to base itself on the cooperative robot market and become a benchmark brand in this field.
In May 2018, the cooperative robot of Harbin Institute of Technology won the German "Red Dot" design award, which was recognized by the market and the design community.
