1. Design Analysis
Use scenario: family living room, rehabilitation center, office, for lumbar back muscle strain, intervertebral disc herniation postoperative rehabilitation, chronic soft tissue pain.
Core appeal:
Deep hyperthermia -2.45 GHz microwave +808 nm laser synchronization, targeted heating of deep tissues 3-5cm;
Safe and non-invasive-real-time skin temperature/impedance monitoring, automatic power reduction over 42 ℃;
• Zero restraint-wearable strap, users can walk, drive, office.
2. Design Language
Form: The "back wing" of the racing car is streamlined, with the central bulge fading to both sides, symbolizing the recovery of "tension and speed.
Color: matte black + energy orange waist line, conveying the sense of scientific and technological movement; Lined with medical ash, dirt-resistant and easy to match clothes.
Material: shell PC + 15% GF, resistant to 1 m drop; Lined with 3 mm breathable EVA punching, long-term wear without stuffy sweat.
3. Design Details
microwave slot antenna array:
Four microstrip slot antennas "::" are arranged to form a 30 ° polarized fan-shaped beam, evenly covering the 15 × 25 cm area of the waist and back.
laser guided grating:
The 808 nm laser fiber is embedded in a silicone waveguide grid, with an output of 200 mW × 6 points and an energy density of 1.2 J/cm², conforming to IEC 60601-2-22.
Concealed heat dissipation grid:
The "::"-shaped air inlet on both sides and the top air outlet form a chimney channel with surface temperature rise <8 ℃ and no fan noise.
magnetic battery module:
5200 mAh removable battery, magnetic attraction for 1 s replacement; The power lamp is hidden on the orange waist line and indicates breathing.
one key safety lock:
Press the central metal key for 2 s to activate and prevent misstarting. The orange light will flash in the child lock state.
4. ergonomics
Wearing: the whole machine is 380g, the elastic strap is S-M-L in third gear, and it is suitable for 60-110cm chest circumference. The center of gravity is located at the lower angle of shoulder blade, leaning forward <5.
Operating height: the side key is 80 mm from the armpit, the thumb is naturally touched, and the wrist is twisted.
